Thank you for choosing our digital software products. We provide genuine digital software license keys for products such as Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office. As our products are delivered digitally, the following cancellation terms apply.
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the software license key has been delivered or made available to them. Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible through our customer support team.
Once a software license key has been delivered to the customer by email, WhatsApp, or through our automated digital delivery system, the order generally cannot be cancelled because the digital product has already been supplied.
If a customer has received a license key but has not used or activated it, they should contact our support team as soon as possible. We may review the request on a case-by-case basis, subject to the product license terms and verification that the key has not been activated, redeemed, transferred, or otherwise used.
Cancellation is not available for license keys that have already been activated, redeemed, registered, or used. Digital license keys are considered delivered once they have been successfully provided to the customer.
If you accidentally place a duplicate order, please contact us immediately. We will review the order status and determine whether cancellation is possible before the license key is delivered or activated.

Where a cancellation is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy and the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider processing times.

Important: By placing an order for a digital software license key, you acknowledge that the product is delivered electronically and that cancellation may not be possible after the license key has been delivered, activated, or redeemed.
